【摘 要】
：
为培育氢氰酸含量极低且综合农艺性状优良的高丹草新品种,我们利用散穗高粱与黑壳苏丹草、白壳苏丹草、红壳苏丹草、棕壳苏丹草相组配杂交,并利用ISSR分子标记技术对其杂交后代进行辅助选育,得到了氰氢酸含量极低的4个高丹草新品系SLCN-11、SLCN-12、SLCN-13和SLCN-14。本试验重点对这4个新品系的生育、形态、PMCMⅠ染色体构型、光合性能、产量、氢氰酸含量、营养成分等特性进行分析评价,
