随着我国经济的迅速发展,单层工业厂房已不能满足生产和建设的要求,多层甚至高层的工业厂房已经成为当今工业生产中的主要建筑形式。目前在江苏的一些城市已经出现了大量的新型多层框排架结构的工业厂房,这种厂房采用马鞍板作屋盖,用双T板作为楼面,造型简洁大方。尽管此类厂房结构已经得到了较为广泛的应用,然而对于该结构抗震性能的研究还比较少,规范上也没有具体的新型多层框排架结构的抗震设计内容。本文利用结构分析软件MIDAS/Gen,通过静力弹塑性分析方法来评估这种新型多层框排架结构的抗震性能,主要内容有:对新型多层框排架结构工业厂房的双T板与纵向倒T梁节点进行了力-位移滞回曲线的试验研究,并利用有限元软件ANSYS对试件及试验过程进行仿真模拟,得出节点的剪力-位移、弯矩-转角的滞回曲线及骨架曲线,并通过试验结果与ANSYS仿真结果的比较,分析节点的屈服强度及其位移、极限承载力及其位移、延性比等,最后出该节点的线刚度和转动刚度;用MIDAS/Gen软件对本文中的新型多层框排架工业厂房进行Pushover分析,得出结构在多遇及罕遇地震作用下的层间位移及各构件塑性铰的出现位置及顺序;研究结构尺寸参数,例如柱截面、跨度及层高等对该新型多层框排架结构抗震性能的影响程度;通过分析与该新型多层框排架结构相仿的框架结构,利用软件对其进行Pushover分析,并比较两种结构的地震响应,如层间剪力、层间位移及各构件的屈服位置和次序,从而分析两种结构在抗震性能方面的各自特点;最后,从抗震性能、施工难度及工程造价等方面综合评价该新型多层框排架结构的可行性,采用该结构的工业厂房具有大力推广的应用价值。
