小滨麦种质系的鉴定及抗病基因的分子标记定位

滨麦草(Leymus mollis(Trin)Hara.JJNN2n=28)是小麦的野生亲缘物种,对小麦的多种病害具有良好的抗性。利用滨麦与小麦杂交育成的八倍体小滨麦,可作为进一步转移滨麦草优良基因的桥梁亲本。本研究综合利用形态学、细胞学和分子标记技术,在八倍体小滨麦与普通小麦杂交后代筛选出八个小滨麦种质系,并对其进行了鉴定;对其中的山农6343的白粉病和条锈病抗性基因进行了分子标记定位分析。获得的结果如下:1.利用形态学和细胞学方法,对8个小滨麦种质系山农0693-1、0920-1、069
