辉光放电等离子体还原贵金属离子制备纳米颗粒的研究

贵金属纳米颗粒具有独特的光学、电学、磁学性能,在催化、电子、生物医药和航空航天等领域具有广泛的应用。辉光放电等离子体是冷等离子体的一种,具有高电子能量和低体相温度的特点。辉光放电等离子体还原,与常规的化学还原相比,不需要添加化学稳定剂和还原剂,是一种高效、绿色的还原方法,符合绿色化学的发展要求。论文首先以常温氩气辉光放电等离子体为电子源,使用分步沉积的方法在AAO表面合成了AuPd双金属纳米颗粒,然后使用XPS、XRD、UV-vis、TEM等实验分析手段对辉光放电等离子体合成的AuPd-AAO进行分
