本试验以转基因抗虫棉花品种银瑞361为材料,盆栽于防雨棚内,以消除自然降水的影响。自蕾期开始分为水分胁迫进程试验、不同水分状况对比试验。水分胁迫进程试验,设置了持续干旱(Continuous Drought,CD)、对照(土壤相对含水量达55%-70%,CK);不同水分状况对比试验,设置严重干旱(土壤相对含水量35%-45%,SD)、中度干旱(土壤相对含水量45%-55%,MD)、正常(土壤相对含水量55%-70%,CK)3种水分梯度。测定光谱反射率(Radiance模式)、SPAD、叶绿素荧光参数
