This independent study reports the extent of the international online sales based on Automation Maker Ltd.The objectives of this study are;to study the behavior of international online sellers and buyers at international levels;to study online demand and trend;to examine the threat of international online shopping and delivery service. This research is conducted by distributing questionnaire survey to 120 people who have and have no experience in Automation Maker online shopping.The results showed that(1)Most of samples have no experience in international online shopping (72%). Among experienced samples,most of them are satisfied with product(93%) and will do the international online shopping in the future(86%).However,they expectthe ability to identify the date/time of product delivered.They also stated that the delivery service has an impact on their decision in international online shopping.Among inexperienced samples, most of them gave the reason for not doing international online shopping as they need to see real product before purchasing. The most important factor which may have impact on their future purchase is product delivered in a good condition.In additional, the majority of inexperienced samples expect that the product should be delivered on promised date. In the study of relationship between factors,the results shows that the higher customer satisfaction in price and quality,the more possibility of their future usage in international online
shopping.
The research shows that there is a positive trend of Automation Maker international online shopping, resulting positive impact on delivery service.The data collections shows the online sales tend to be increasing dramatically.The online service providers and delivery service providers toward small and medium business can also develop strategies to continuously improve customer satisfaction and fulfill their expectation in the future.
