目前,世界经济发展的基本趋势,一是经济全球化,二是经济知识化。在21世纪,能否在高技术产业发展的较量中占据制高点,将在很大程度上决定一个国家能否取得经济的持续稳定健康发展,确立自己在世界格局中的应有地位。围绕着“政府、战略、政策”三维取向,从政府、战略和政策的角度,系统地研究高技术产业发展的国际经验,既是一项值得积极探索的国际、国内前沿的重大理论性课题,也是一项具有突出战略意义的重大实践性课题。
At present, the basic trend of world economic development is economic globalization and economic knowledge.
