中间偃麦草(Thinopyrum intermedium,2n=6x=42,EeEeEb EbStSt或JJJSJSStSt)是小麦的多年生野生近缘物种,根系发达、繁茂性好、抗逆性强,对小麦白粉病、锈病、黄矮病、赤霉病等多种病害免疫或高抗,是小麦遗传改良中应用最成功的野生亲本之一。本实验室以中间偃麦草与普通小麦品种烟农15为杂交,在其杂种后代选育出一批具有偃麦草不同性状特点的小偃麦种质系。本研究采用形态学、细胞学、分子细胞遗传学和分子标记相结合的方法,对其中36个种质系进行了鉴定。获得主要研究结果如
