Nowadays, our new modern world is achieved an progress by attaining more integration in interests and benefits’ exchange as a logical means to secure international understanding and upheaval. Only the free humanity proved that it is capability to comprehend the needs of the present period. This capability is employed to give happier, more prosperous and more peaceful life.It should be clearly, that choosing this subject is a part of the overall plan aimed to give a future vision for Aden as new modern city serve as an economical and traditional capital for the Republic of Yemen, which may also represent a free region to serve the international trading, in order to be accompanied with New and Fair World System. Whereas, both Aden and Shanghai can participate actively to give more convergence in the relationships between this World parts. The strategically position of Yemen makes this country play a great role in international trading history, this role should be continued and improved, which is always represented according to the world variables and the new international relationship exchange necessity.The main objective of the present work is to give ideas generated from the following:1. The importance of the Geographical, Historical, and Economical position of Yemen and especially Aden.2. The availability of the Geographical and Historical facts, which can be used to connect the Economical, Civilization, and Humanity continuity between Aden and Shanghai.3. Create an entrance to the researchers working in planning for the free regions, and make a modern comparative study between Aden and Shanghai. Whereas, according to the researcher knowledge, until today the effect of Aden on Yemen economy, is not considered in research work in China.4. Make use of the Chinese experience in city planning, internal and external investment and the new successful technology applied in China, especially in Shanghai. This may lead to new ideas for investment in Aden by Chinese companies especially in the services, offshore managements and trading and industrial fields.5. To give an open invitation to all peoples who see Aden and Shanghai as a good chance and good region for investment and benefits’ exchange in stable, safe, and free world full of love and peace.
