2013年12月23日中央农村工作会议上明确提出要确保民众舌尖上的安全[1]。“食品安全”及“环境问题”逐渐进入公众视野,消费者对食品安全与健康问题有了更为全面清晰的认识。目前全球有机食品的消费一直保持20%-30%的高速增长,欧美国家的消费量已超过其食品总消费量的10%,中国已成为第四大有机农产品消费大国,如何促进有机农产品产业健康持续发展成为进一步深化农业改革、解决“三农”问题的新的途径之一。

Food Safety and Environmental Problems gradually entered the public view. Consumers have a more comprehensive and clear understanding of food safety and health issues. At present, the consumption of organic food in the world has maintained a rapid growth of 20% -30%. The consumption of the United States and Europe has exceeded 10% of the total consumption of food. China has become the fourth largest consumer of organic produce. How to promote the healthy development of the organic produce industry? Sustained development has become one of the new ways to further deepen the agricultural reform and solve the “three agricultural issues.”
