【摘 要】
：
EST-SSR标记是基于EST或cDNA数据开发的一种分子标记。作为一种新型SSR标记,EST-SSR标记来自表达基因,因而不仅具有基因组来源的传统SSR标记所有优势,而且可能与基因功能的表达与调控具有直接或间接关系,进而加强了SSR标记在遗传育种、基因组学以及分子生物学等研究中的应用。本研究通过对SSR标记本身的特点以及排列组合原理的分析,提出快速有效的SSR标记开发算法,并应用Visual B
