种子对系统性化学物质吸收的特性及荧光追踪研究

种子处理能够提高种子活力,对农民增产增收、提高播种质量具有非常重要的作用。种子处理时常用到系统性化合物,但是对于系统性化合物进入种子及幼苗内部的途径尚缺乏研究。本研究以不同类型种子为试验材料,利用与系统性化合物(如杀菌剂)有相似理化性质的荧光指示剂,模拟研究系统性化合物进入种胚的途径和在幼苗中的移动状况,以及荧光指示剂处理对种子发芽成苗的影响,以期在更加合理的理论基础上指导改进引发、包衣、消毒等种子处理技术。主要结果如下。选取荧光指示剂Fluorescein(荧光素),Rhodamine
