小麦紫色性状的遗传分析及其基因的初步定位

本研究以紫色小麦山农066559和白色小麦SN1391为亲本材料,分析紫粒、紫色花药和紫色叶鞘三个性状不同杂交世代(正反交F_1、F_2、F_3和回交世代BC_1F_1、BC_1F_2)的表型,研究其遗传规律,并且对紫花药基因和紫叶鞘基因进行初步定位。主要研究结果如下:1.籽粒、花药和叶鞘的紫色由两对独立的显性互补基因、一对隐性基因和单显性基因控制。籽粒中,F_3中紫色与白色的分离比符合9:7,在BC_1F_2中,该比例为1:3,表明紫色籽粒由两对独立的显性互补基因控制。花药中,F_2中紫色
