：
近年来我国文化创意艺术园区如雨后春笋般涌现,逐渐成长为城市文化的新地标和后工业时代城市文明的重要象征。文化创意园区在自身的快速发展过程中面临不少问题亟待解决,其中无照游商成为影响其环境秩序的重要因素。无照游商影响市场秩序、交通安全、市容环境和食品卫生等多个方面,对文化创意园区形象塑造带来负面影响,长期照搬一般地区的治理模式,未能收到令人满意的治理效果。本文以北京798艺术区的发展情况和北京市城市管
