随着水稻全基因组测序的顺利完成,水稻作为禾本科模式作物发挥着越来越重要的作用。突变体库的构建不但是功能基因组学研究基础,也是新种质资源创建的有效手段。其中,理化诱变由于具有诱变频率高,且能够在短时间内创造大量的变异类型,从而被广泛用于突变体库的创建研究中。本研究利用化学诱变剂甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)处理籼稻品种“9311”,筛选植株苗期耐逆性突变体和苗期形态性状突变体,从而为水稻功能基因组学研究和水
