【摘 要】
：
猕猴桃籽是果汁加工过程从果渣中分离的副产品。经研究发现：猕猴桃籽中富含油脂，其中不饱和脂肪酸含量在90％左右，尤其是人体必需脂肪酸——亚麻酸含量非常丰富，具有极高的保健作用
