不同甘蔗品种耐寒性评价分析和分子标记分析

：

为了对阴雨霜冻条件下不同甘蔗品种的耐寒性进行分析评价,选用国内及国外不同甘蔗品种(系)35个在广西经常发生霜冻的区域柳州市融安县进行甘蔗耐寒性评价试验。采用197对EST-SSR引物、67对gSSR引物和100对SRAP引物对35个不同耐寒甘蔗品种进行了标记,并筛选出了36对多态性较好的EST-SSR引物、17对gSSR引物和72对SRAP引物进行了遗传多样性分析。主要结果如下：1.相关分析表明：
