Objective:Observe Yao-yun-fa in the treatment of type of Qi-zhi-xue-yu for Cervial Spondylotic Radicculopathy about the Clinical of effect and Hemodynamic.Methods:According to the standard, dividing60patients who come from Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in a randomized, into two parts.30cases is treatment group (Yao-yun-fa) and30cases into the control group (Modulated middle/low-frequency electrotherapy), after14days then observe the differences of clinical effects, the comparison of cervical spondylosis scores, the Syndrome of TCM and Medical infrared thermogrphy before and after the treatment on two groups of patient, and compare and evaluate the clinical effects between the two groups of patient.Results:1.The comparison of clinic effect:The total efficiency was90.0%in the treatment group and83.3%in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). The total efficiency of TCM symptom was86.67%in the treatment group and 73.33%in the control group, also with significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).2. The comparison of CSR scores:After treatment in the two groups, both of the neurological impairment scores declined.(P<0.01). The treatment group CSR scores declined more than the control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).3.The comparison of TCM symptom points:In the two groups after treatment, both of the TCM symptom points declined. There were significant differences (P<0.01). The TCM symptom points in the treatment group declined more than the control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.01).4. The change of Medical infrared thermogrphy:After treatment in the two groups, the temperature changes of the treatment group improved more than the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.01). The temperature changes of the treatment group was improved more than that in the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).5. During clinical observation, the control group Appear one cases of discomfort in stomach, but it can relieve itself, not use special treatment, and others have no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Yao-yun-fa could improve symptoms of nerve root type cervical spondylosis and have a significant in Syndrome scores, the Syndrome of TCM and the temperature changes, It shows that Yao-yun-fa is an efficient treatment for nerve root type cervical spondylosis.
