目的了解我国献血者选择及咨询服务工作现状及存在问题。方法以调查问卷形式从献血者选择的依据、献血者知情同意的内容、献血者隐私保密的工作措施、负责献血者选择与咨询服务的工作人员情况等4方面进行调查。结果在参加调查的31家采供血机构中,全部以《献血者健康检查要求》为核心,结合有关法律法规、技术规程已建立了献血者选择的标准;全部都开展了献血者告知的工作,主要形式为“献血者声明”并需献血者签字确认,但告知内容不尽相同;采供血机构已采取多种工作设施在献血者征询、检测结果告知等环节保护献血者隐私;负责献血者选择及征询工作人员主要有3种模式,人员资质经考核获得。
Objective To understand the current situation and existing problems of blood donors’ choice and counseling services in China. Methods The survey was conducted from the following aspects: the basis of the choice of blood donors, the content of informed consent of blood donors, the work measures of blood donors’ privacy and confidentiality, and the staff responsible for the selection and consultation of blood donors. Results Among the 31 blood collection and supply institutions that participated in the survey, all were based on the “blood donor health examination requirements”. In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, the technical regulations have established the criteria for the selection of blood donors; all have been informed by blood donors, The main form is “blood donor declaration ” and need to confirm the signature of blood donors, but inform different contents; blood collection agencies have taken a variety of work facilities in blood donor consultation, test results to inform other aspects of protection of blood donors privacy; responsible for blood donation Those who choose and consult the staff mainly have 3 kinds of modes, personnel qualifications obtained after examination.
