In this thesis，the character and frame of continuous industry is illustrated．Then this paper discusses and analysessome problems in management model of continuous industry nowadays．Compared with pyramidmanagement model,Flat Management Structure should be established which is adapted to Computer Integrated Manufacturing System．
Integrating the three-level structure CIMS based on BPS/MES/PCS with flat management pattern of process in-dustry，can improve management level and efficiency，harmonizethe relation between employee and manager，helpenterprises with obtaining competition predominancein changing circumstance，change enterprisestraditional manage-ment pattern，quicken adapting to market and the frequency of product innovation，according improve ability of tom-petition，enable enterprise adapting to market changing continuously，stand in an incincible position.
