Objective To study the expression of CK2α and Survivin in ovarian tumors, and toanalyze the correlation between CK2α or Survivin and MMP-2/MMP-9.To further exploretheir relationship with tumor invasion and metastasis.Methods Surgical specimens in paraffinof 13 cases of simple ovarian cysts,13 cases of ovarian benign tumor and 38 cases ofovarian cancer tissue samples, and 10 cases of normal ovarian tissue were collected fromthe First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Medical University.
