In the last decade,hexagonal manganites with improper ferroelectric property and low temperature multiferroic property have attracted much attention worldwide.Its vortex-like domain core contains six interlocked ferroelectric,antiferromagnetic and structural antiphase domain walls and reveals complicated physical mechanism.Vortex-like core is a kind of topological defects which is usually pinned by point defects like oxygen vacancies.However,its physical properties are less studied by TEM for the lack of knowledge to characterize domain structures under TEM observation.
