本文以兴业银行大厦室内装修改造工程为例,介绍了HCSA膨胀剂在底板结构加固工程中的应用。采用低水胶比、大掺量矿物掺合料和高性能减水剂技术,控制大体积混凝土温升。通过复合使用HCSA膨胀剂与减缩剂,降低大体积混凝土冷缩和自收缩,加强保温养护,有效控制了有害裂缝的出现。
This article takes Industrial Bank Building interior decoration project as an example, introduces HCSA expansion agent in the floor structure reinforcement project. Low water cement ratio, a large amount of mineral admixtures and high performance water reducer technology, control of mass concrete temperature rise. Through the compound use of HCSA expansion agent and shrinkage reducer, it can reduce the shrinkage and self-shrinkage of mass concrete, strengthen the heat preservation and effectively control the occurrence of harmful cracks.
