重点围绕年会的开幕式、新媒体宣传、采供血从业团队管理、重大突发应急事件的应对及献血者热线电话中心的建设等会议的主要亮点和做法展开详细介绍。大会揭示,以用血者及献血者的真实故事打动公众是重要的宣传手段,体现献血者的价值和用血者的真实诉求,激发公众的爱心;另外,传统宣传模式影响力在逐渐下降,新媒体宣传发挥着越来越重要的作用。展示了本中心借鉴各国经验开展的实践活动,旨在介绍各国经验的同时抛砖引玉,以达到激发更多无偿献血工作的开创性思维,共同推进我国无偿献血工作的目的。
Focuses on the highlights and practices of the opening ceremony of the annual conference, new media promotion, management of blood collection and management teams, response to major emergency emergencies, and construction of blood donor hotline center. The conference revealed that impressing the public with the true story of blood donors and blood donors is an important means of propaganda, embodying the value of blood donors and the true demands of blood donors, and inspiring the public’s love; in addition, the influence of traditional propaganda models is gradually declining. New media propaganda plays an increasingly important role.
