背景：由于薄皮瓣既能满足美容的需要又能兼顾功能修复，故近些年来备受注目，以往我们曾经介绍过穿支型的薄皮瓣，以及远端附加血管吻合的巨大薄皮瓣，本次介绍的是在前者的基础上改进的、经扩张后的超薄穿支皮瓣，是目前最薄的一种带穿支的超薄皮瓣。非常适用于面颈部位的修复。
