Green Reed (Phragmites (sp.)) is a new variety of Common reed (Phragmites).In the current study, the process for extracting and separating flavonoids from the Green Reed has been established as follows: 80％ ethanol reflux extraction → liquid liquid extraction → macroporous resin separation → ODS column chromatography separation →preparation liquid chromatographic purification.
