  Nucleus is a crowding cellular environment with numerous dynamical processes going on.These characteristics have been preventing optical imaging techniques from being used in high resolution and dynamic studies of nuclear processes.Weve developed single molecule and super-resolution approaches,both in probes and instruments,to address the current limitations.I will report some of our preliminary results on single molecule and super-resolution study of nuclear dynamics.
