螺栓球结点为一种典型的半刚性节点,它具有一定的转动刚度,这种半刚性节点的网壳也具有一定的抗弯承载力,利用常用螺栓球节点的弯曲刚度,考虑了几何和材料非线性,利用常用有限元软件ANSYS对K8型和K6型螺栓球节点的单层球面网壳进行了弹塑性全过程分析,该文考虑了节点弯曲刚度、节点扭转刚度、跨度和矢跨比、节点域、荷载形式、杆件截面类型、支承条件等参数对网壳极限承载力的影响,得到了影响半刚性节点网壳受力性能的主要因素,较为全面的获得了螺栓球节点单层球面网壳的稳定性能。最后,该文根据前面分析所得结果,拟合出了无缺陷状态下,半刚性球面网壳的极限承载力公式,为网壳设计提供了参考。
Bolt-ball joint is a kind of typical semi-rigid joint which has a certain rotation stiffness. The reticulated shell of this semi-rigid joint also has a certain flexural capacity.
