对外磁路波导开关的涡流效应进行了深入的研究.研究发现,涡流效应会改变激励线圈的等效阻抗,导致开关响应时间出现“涡流延迟”现象.采取开槽设计使涡流环路的路径长度增加,可以显著的减少涡流效应.如果在设计开槽方案时,能充分利用反向流经的涡流线可以相互抵消一部分磁场,则可进一步减少涡流效应,从而更有利于开关响应时间的改善.
