The fatigue lives of welded joint with differently welded joint angles under multi-axial loadings were carried out.Based on the design of the samples for these angles of welded joint from 0 ° to 90 °,such as 0 °,45 °,67.5 ° and 90 °,respectively,we experimentally investigated the fatigue crack initiation behavior and simulated the maximum principal stress and von Misess stress distribution of differently inclined angles.
