【摘 要】
:
可使用卷对卷印刷加工技术使聚合物太阳电池具有柔性、低成本等优点。使用这种快速印刷加工方法对薄膜厚度控制比较困难,要求器件性能对器件中各个功能层(活性层、电荷传输层等)的厚度不敏感。
