The origin of superconductivity in heavy f-electron Ce-based systems is still one of the fascinating fundamental open problems in modern physics,especially they share many of the characteristics of correlated d-electron high-Tc cuprates and pnictide superconductors,including competition between antiferromagnetism and superconductivity.Although there already have been many experimental efforts try to explore the low-energy electronic structure,the direct high-resolution spectroscopic measurement result is still lacking.

采用单一变量法,制备并分析了不同热处理工艺包括烧结温度、保温时间、升温速率以及降温方式对MgB2 块材的纯度、微观结构及超导性能的影响。利用Jade 软件对XRD 图谱进行物相分析及定量结构精修,计算了MgB2 超导相及MgO、MgB4 等杂质相的相对含量。随着烧结温度的升高(700℃、800℃、900℃),MgB2 相的结晶性增强、基体中杂质相含量增多、晶粒尺寸增大。
