Organizational modularization has been increasingly important to business companies responding to the challenge of fast changing environment and intensifying competition.It is part of organizational structure changes,which serve strategy and customer satisfaction.This is a case study research.Inovance Technology Co.Ltd.is selected.The case reports the evolutionary process of its organizational modularity,the factors contributing to the process,etc..The study is value to organizational competence building and organizational structure changes.
