Sur-Pressure Balloon is a closed structure with constant volume and is more stable than the traditional zero-pressure balloon.It can also be regarded as aerostatics which can stay in the high altitude for a long time.To decrease the membrane stress affected by differential pressure,the paper builds a steady-state analysis model and analyzes the hot spot,cold spot and temperature field variation of the structural skin in the thermal environment of day time and at night.The paper then discusses the large deformation caused by the differential pressure affected by temperature and compares mechanical property of sur-pressure balloon with different number of gores.At the same time,the paper analyzes mechanical property of sur-pressure balloon and traditional balloon under the same conditions.This paper will provide references for the design of sur-pressure balloon.
