Objective:Micro-operaion with headlamp and routine fenestration discectomy(RFD) were compared in methods and curative efect of therapy for lumbar disc herniation (LDH) to determine which one is better.Method:40 lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion patients were randomly divided into two groups.The 20 patients in group one were treated with micro-operaion with headlamp.The other 20 patients in group one were treated with RFD.Operation time,blood loss,hospital time and curative efect were compared.All patients were followed up 6~ 15 months.
