Objective To understand the optimal cut-points of hs-cTnT in 350 patients with CHD in Cardiac intensive care unit of West China hospital and discuss the diagnosis value of detecting hs-cTnT in patients with acute myocardial infarction as well as acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Methods We detected the hs-cTnT in serum of 459 patients in CCU of West China Hospital, which include 350 first-consultation coronau heart disease patients, by cobas e601 via electrochemiluminescencemethod.
