It is indicated from the systems biology studies that there should be a limited group of network motifs to execute certain functions[1-2].Especially,an excellent previous study on perfect biochemical adaptation proved that there should be just two kinds three nodes topologies to execute the function: negative feedback loop(NFBL),and incoherent feed forward loop(IFFL)[3].
