In Indonesia arthritis has become important non-comunicable disease.The following research aimed at assessing physical disabilities of arthritis patients living in Tangkura village,Poso District,Central Celebes,Indonesia.156 registered patients in Tangkura Primary Health Care Centre were the participants.Data were collected using HAQ 20-Item Disability Scale.The result shows that most of the respondents able to perform all 20 items of functional activities.However,there were also 40 participants not able to perform at all 1 or more activitity.The item that the participant perform less was the activity of grip(0,60] and other activities(gardening,0,74).Further,there were 25 category of individual according to total individual HAQ-DI value.Most were in the range value of 0,0-0,5(n=129); >0,5 s/d 1,0(n=20); and in between >1,0 s/d 1,4(n=7).We found that women and elderly(≥75 years)has higher HAQ-DI(0,57; n=20)for women and(0,50; n=12)for elderly,respectively.Those categorized as "not having job" and low education were found to have the highest HAQ-DI(0,30; n=7).Interestingly,balinese ethnic living in the region have the highest HAQ-DI of 0,41;n=18).To those categorized as having uric acid of ≥7 mg/dl,the highest HAQ-DI was man(0,32; n=19).Importantly,comorbid with other non-infective diseases increases the disability significantly.

极地船舶是我国推进极地战略的重要支撑装备。由于极地水域环境及生态特点,海上航行及作业活动对船舶设计、结构、材料及各类系统设备均提出更高要求。文章梳理了极地船舶国际公约规范标准、主要国家法规规则及其适用范围,并围绕我国极地船舶标准化现状提出了极地船舶标准化建设主要方向及内容,为提升我国极地船舶标准化水平提供参考。
