The micro-magnetic fluid friction in micro-electronics mechanical system and nano-electromagnetic system is a key factor affecting the control and measurement accuracy.The imbalance caused by 2-1rotv leads to magnetic dipole moment m particle friction of the carrier liquid.This paper selects incremental friction torque equation selection derived based on Langevins and Navier-Stokes.and through numerical simulation calculation and experimental comparison, studies the characteristics of micro-magnetic fluid friction of different carrier liquids and different magnetic fluid viscosities.The result verifies the equation and show that the friction characteristic curve has obvious effect for optimizing the micro-magnetic fluid system design and device control precision.
