本文介绍可控硅弧焊电源用微型计算机进行数字控制以获得多种外特性的试验研究。结果表明,采用带前馈的比例—积分控制算法,可以得到很理想的垂直陡降恒流外特性。结果还表明,应用本文提出的算法和流程图,恒流兼有电弧力的外特性、斜率不同的下降外特性、具有恒定输出功率的外特性均可获得,并且可以进行人机对话,选择所需的外特性和给定参数,控制灵活,适于一机多用。若在微机控制的机械化焊接装置或机器人焊接系统中采用这种电源,将使全系统作用更大,功能更强。
This article describes the SCR arc welding power supply with a microcomputer for digital control to obtain a variety of external characteristics of the experimental study. The results show that, with the proportional-integral control algorithm with feed-forward, the ideal vertical-steep-down constant current external characteristic can be obtained. The results also show that using the algorithm and flow chart proposed in this paper, constant current with both external characteristics of the arc force, falling external characteristics with different slope, external characteristics with constant output power are available, and man-machine dialogue, The required external characteristics and given parameters, flexible control, suitable for a multi-purpose machine. The use of such a power source in a microcomputer controlled robotic welding system or robotic welding system will make the whole system function more powerful and function more powerful.
