AIM: To investigate the effect of metabolic correlation factors on exosome production derived from dendritic cells so as to establish a method which can produce large quantities of exosome and present technical support for producing sufficient and highly purified exosome.METHOD: Dendritic cells were cultured for 24 h in the medium supplemented with uric acid at 0, 0.1,0.2, 0.4 mmol/L.To monitor the kinetics of exosome production from dendritic cells, a small volume of culture supernatant was harvested and analyzed for the amount of exosome surface specific maker CD80, CD86, using anti-CD80, anti-CD86 capture ELISA assay.
