针对硅胶生产工艺中干燥用316L不锈钢风机涡轮的腐蚀失效问题,开展了元素分析、金相分析、扫描电镜测试、能谱分析、X射线衍射分析以及电化学测试,发现不锈钢风机涡轮断裂失效的主要原因是发生了应力腐蚀开裂,此外,焊接热影响区、基体和焊缝电化学性能差异也引起了电偶腐蚀,并有针对性地提出了优化焊接和热处理工艺、严控水的Cl-浓度、进行表面处理等预防对策和改善措施。
