本文通过多元光导器件制备实践和专题实验,考察了器件平均电阻R_D与材料电阻率p的关系,对器件和材料之间出现的不对应性进行了分析和讨论。
In this paper, through the practice of multi-element photoconductive devices and special experiments, the relationship between the device average resistance R_D and the material resistivity p is investigated, and the incompatibility between the devices and materials is analyzed and discussed.
