Pancreatic cancer is one of the most lethal alimentary malignant neoplasms with desperate survival rate.Oncologic surgeons promoted the prognosis of pancreatic cancer.Standard and rational operations were the basis of surgical treatment.We would like to review the development of pancreatectomy and summarize a variety fresh surgical concept in the field of pancreatic operations, as well as compare several similar surgical methods of pancreatic tumor.
