[Background] Endometriosis is a common gynecologic disease that presents with chronic pelvic pain or infertility and influents women's health and quality of life.There is no non-invasive, economic and accurate method of diagnosis.The proteomic technologies may become powerful tools to find new biomarkers.[Objective] A Clinprot technique was applied to search stabile protein peaks and active potential plasma markers for endormetriosis.
