The purpose of this study is to analyze the operating conditions affecting the performance of a hundred-watt class PEMFC stack,which is designed for portable applications.Operating conditions are very important to maintain well stability of PEMFC stacks.These parameters are the discharge current,hydrogen pressure,hydrogen emission flow,the height of air-cooling fans and hydrogen humidifying.In this study,a 150W PEMFC stack was tested to evaluate the performance and determine the optimal operating conditions.These results can be used as reference criteria for designing portable PEMFC power systems.
