Objective To understand and grasp the basic situation of return blood donation of unqualified blood donors who were preliminarily screened by ALT dry chemistry before blood donation so as to provide important reference for further promoting blood donation, recruiting and reserving blood donors. Methods Personal data of blood donors who were eliminated before blood donation in 2013 were collected. 529 blood donors were enrolled before blood donation, and the blood donation blood donation and donation blood test were eliminated. The past information of blood donors registered by computer was used for verification, screening and comprehensive analysis And comparative statistics. Results The proportion of those returning to donation or blood donation for the first time failed to pass ALT screening was 11.42% (33/289), 46.67% (112/240) P <0.005. The return rate of blood donation in both groups was high (81.82% vs 89.29%), and the two-person structure ratio in each regression period was not statistically significant. Conclusion Most blood donors who did not pass the pre-screening ALT dry-chemistry method can return to donate blood.
