In this paper,analysis and research of wear accelerated life test of pin and pin hole of feeder were performed to shorten the production cycle and reduce the producing cost.The wear failure mechanism of pin and pin hole were analyzed and calculated by the approach of virtual prototype simulation.The acceleration coefficient under different work conditions was obtained,and an acceleration model was gotten.It can provide references for ALT based on abrasion.
