以油田热采锅炉的测试数据为基础,依据热力学第一定律和热力学第二定律对锅炉进行了能量平衡和有效能平衡计算,根据计算结果找出锅炉的用能薄弱环节,发现不合理装置,并提出相应的节能措施,来提高主要耗能设备及生产系统的能量利用率。结果表明,在降低能量热损失的同时,需要提高能量火用利用率。通过以上分析可以了解生产过程中的能耗现状、用能水平、节能潜力和省能效果,对节能降耗工作有重要意义。
