本院应用痛泻药方加味结合心理疏导治疗肠易激综合征92例，中医辨证施治，采用痛泻药方加结肠宁，疏肝理气，活血化瘀，调心安神。通过对患者进行沟通和健康教育，进行心理疏导，经过1-3个疗程的治疗之后:治愈(临床症状完全消失)78例，占84.7％;有效(临床症状基本消失)11例，占11.9%;无效(临床症状无改善)3例，占3.3%，总有效率96.7%。
